Aranda’s Dispatch LLC (“Aranda’s Dispatch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates arandasdispatch.com (the “Website”). This policy explains what information we collect through the Website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information You Give Us

The only information we ask you for on the Website is what you enter in our contact form. That form collects:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• MC / DOT number
• Home base (city and state)
• Preferred lanes
• Minimum load requirements
• Truck type
• Anything else you want to tell us

Email address, phone number, MC/DOT number, home base, and truck type are required in order to submit the form. The remaining fields are optional. Please don’t send us sensitive personal information through this form — we don’t need it.

We do not operate a newsletter, a mailing list, or an SMS marketing program, and there is no signup for one anywhere on the Website.

Information Collected Automatically

When you submit the contact form, our website software records a small amount of technical information alongside your message: the date and time, which page of the Website you submitted from, and general browser and device information.

We have turned off IP address logging for contact form submissions. Our hosting provider processes ordinary website traffic on our behalf as necessary to operate and deliver the Website. The hosting provider also maintains its own privacy and security practices.

We do not run analytics software, advertising tags, conversion pixels, session recording, or any other behavioral tracking on the Website.

We do not currently use technologies that allow third parties to collect personal information about your activities over time and across different websites or online services through this Website.

How We Use Your Information

We use what you send us to:

• respond to your inquiry
• evaluate whether a dispatch relationship makes sense for both of us
• communicate with you about the dispatch services you asked about
• route your inquiry into our own internal intake system so it reaches the right person
• keep reasonable business, security, and dispute records

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or marketing campaigns.

Phone Numbers

Our contact form collects a phone number. We use it to respond to your inquiry and to communicate with you about the dispatch services you asked about.

Submitting the form is not consent to promotional text messages, telemarketing, automated dialing, robocalls, or unrelated marketing campaigns. We do not operate any of those.

Who Handles Your Information

Our hosting provider. The Website runs on third-party hosting. Delivering any website necessarily means the hosting provider processes the traffic between your browser and the Website.

Our own systems. Contact form submissions are stored on the Website, and the information needed to work your inquiry is forwarded into Aranda’s Dispatch’s internal intake system. That system is ours. It is not an advertising or marketing platform.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Aranda’s Dispatch, our customers, or others.

Aranda’s Dispatch does not currently sell personal information, and does not share contact form information with advertising or marketing platforms.

Cookies and Local Storage

We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies on the public Website. As of the date above, our public pages set no cookies on visitors at all.

The Website does include an accessibility toolbar, which lets you adjust things like contrast, text size, and spacing. So your settings survive from one visit to the next, that tool saves your preferences in your own browser’s local storage, under our domain. What it saves are display preferences. We did not observe any visitor identifier among them, and the tool does not transmit them anywhere. The toolbar also displays a link to its provider’s website; following that link takes you to a third-party site governed by their policy, not ours.

You can clear this storage at any time through your browser settings, and you can control cookies generally the same way.

How Long We Keep Information

We do not currently run an automatic deletion schedule for contact form submissions.

We keep them for as long as is reasonably necessary to handle your inquiry, maintain ordinary business records, and address disputes or security matters — and for as long as any applicable legal or regulatory obligation requires.

You can ask us to delete information you submitted. We will do so where we are not required, or do not reasonably need, to retain it for the purposes described above.

Your Choices

You can ask us to:

• tell you what information of yours we hold
• correct it
• delete it, subject to the retention limits above
• stop contacting you

Social Media

Aranda’s Dispatch may maintain business accounts on social media platforms. Anything you post or send us through those accounts is also subject to that platform’s own privacy policy and terms, which we do not control.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission over the internet, and no method of storage, is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Website and our services are intended for commercial motor carriers and business users, not for children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date above. Where appropriate, we may provide additional notice.
