What does Aranda’s Dispatch actually do?
We’re a dispatch service built for owner-operators with their own operating authority. We handle load matching, rate negotiation, route planning, and paperwork, backed by a live technology platform — real-time lane rate intelligence, automated HOS compliance monitoring, and automated load closeout — plus a real dispatch team and an always-on AI assistant.
What does “own authority” mean, and do I need it?
“Own authority” means you hold your own DOT/MC operating authority rather than leasing onto another carrier. Our services are built specifically for owner-operators who have their own authority — that’s a requirement to work with us.
How does the commission work?
Commission is tiered, not flat: 8% to start, stepping up to 10%, capped at 12%. You keep 100% of accessorials and fuel surcharges at every tier — there’s no hidden cut. Exact terms for your account are set out in your contractor agreement.
What’s included beyond dispatch and rate negotiation?
Automated HOS compliance monitoring, real-time margin tracking, cash flow and factoring support, and load closeout handled without the chasing. You also get 24/7 access to both a live dispatch team and an AI assistant.
Do you work with fleets, or only solo owner-operators?
