What does Aranda’s Dispatch actually do?

We’re a dispatch service built for owner-operators with their own operating authority. We handle load matching, rate negotiation, route planning, and paperwork, with final authority always resting with you — we bring options, you decide which loads to take, and nothing is booked without your approval.

What does “own authority” mean, and do I need it?

“Own authority” means you hold your own DOT/MC operating authority rather than leasing onto another carrier. Our services are built specifically for owner-operators who have their own authority — that’s a requirement to work with us.

How does the commission work?

Dispatch service: 5% of gross freight revenue. We earn when you earn. You keep 100% of accessorials and fuel surcharges — there’s no hidden cut. Exact terms for your account are set out in your contractor agreement.

What’s included beyond dispatch and rate negotiation?

Reload and forward planning prepared ahead of time, support with cash flow and factoring questions, and paperwork followed through after delivery. You also get a dispatcher you can reach directly, and you choose whether to keep rolling or end the day.

Do you work with fleets, or only solo owner-operators?

We work with owner-operators who hold their own authority, whether you’re running one truck or a small fleet. Reach out and we’ll talk through what fits your operation.

Is support available in Spanish?

Yes — we’re fully bilingual in English and Spanish, so communication stays seamless no matter which language you’re most comfortable in.
