What we do

Dispatch that treats your truck
like a business.

Built for owner-operators with their own authority — one truck or a small fleet.

Load matching & lane fit

Loads matched to your home base, preferred lanes, and minimum requirements — reviewed for rate, lane economics, deadhead, and fit before we bring them to you. Screened with profitability, deadhead, lane fit, and your operating preferences in mind.

Dispatch & paperwork

Booking you approve, route planning, and paperwork handled end to end — plus follow-through after delivery, so nothing gets chased down later. You drive; the desk stays on it.

Rate negotiation, 5% flat

Rate negotiation on every load. You keep 100% of accessorials and fuel surcharges, and our fee is a flat 5% of gross freight revenue. Nothing hidden, nothing tiered.

How dispatch works

One rhythm.
You hold the green light.

Every load moves through the same disciplined sequence — and the decision that matters is always yours.

STEP 01 — PROFILE

We learn your operation

Truck, lanes, home base, minimums, how you like to run. Your operating preferences are the filter everything else passes through.

STEP 02 — SOURCE

We evaluate freight opportunities

Loads are screened against your profile — rate, lane economics, deadhead, and fit — before they ever reach your phone.

STEP 03 — VET & NEGOTIATE

Your dispatcher works the numbers

We review, push back, and negotiate. Weak freight gets filtered out here, not passed along to you.

STEP 04 — PRESENT

You see the options, laid out plainly

The rate, the lane, and the numbers — bounded picks, not a firehose. No pressure, no mystery.

STEP 05 — DECIDE

You make the call

Take it or pass. Before booking, final acceptance rests with the carrier and driver.

NOTHING BOOKED WITHOUT APPROVAL

STEP 06 — BOOK

Approved loads get booked

Only after your yes. Confirmations, paperwork, and coordination handled — you’re already thinking about the road.

STEP 07 — PLAN FORWARD

Reload & forward planning

The next move gets prepared ahead of time, so you’re not sitting at a dock wondering what’s next.

STEP 08 — ROLL OR REST

Keep rolling — or end the day

Your truck, your hours, your life. You choose whether to keep running or head home. We plan around your answer.

Carrier control

We bring options.
You make calls.

  • NO

Surprise bookings. Every load is presented before it’s booked — approval first, always.

  • NO

Hidden cut. 5% of gross freight revenue. You keep 100% of accessorials and fuel surcharges.

  • NO

Pressure to keep rolling. Continue or end the day — that choice stays in the cab, not at the desk.

5%of gross freight revenue

01

Flat, not tiered. One rate. It doesn’t step up as you grow.

02

You keep 100% of accessorials and fuel surcharges — there’s no hidden cut.

03

Simple math. A $2,000 load is $100 in dispatch. The rest is yours.

04

No load, no fee. If you’re not earning, neither are we.

Why Aranda’s Dispatch

Operator-built.
Not outsourced.

Fourteen years of hands-on trucking — driver, dispatcher, operations manager. Founder Eduardo Aranda Jr. has been in the cab and behind the desk, and built the dispatch operation he wished existed back then.

That’s why the model is simple, the fee is flat, and the final call always belongs to the person whose name is on the authority: yours.

Questions

Straight answers.

What does “own authority” mean — and do I need it?

“Own authority” means you hold your own DOT/MC operating authority rather than leasing onto another carrier. Our services are built specifically for owner-operators who have their own authority — that’s a requirement to work with us.

How does the commission work?

Dispatch service: 5% of gross freight revenue. We earn when you earn. You keep 100% of accessorials and fuel surcharges — there’s no hidden cut. Exact terms for your account are set out in your contractor agreement.

Will you ever book a load without asking me?

No. Before booking, final acceptance rests with the carrier and driver. We bring options, you decide which loads to take, and nothing is booked without your approval.

Do you work with fleets, or only solo owner-operators?

We work with owner-operators who hold their own authority, whether you’re running one truck or a small fleet. Reach out and we’ll talk through what fits your operation.
