Founder Eduardo Aranda Jr. has 14 years of hands-on trucking experience as a driver, dispatcher, and operations manager — he’s been in the cab and behind the desk, and built the systems he wished existed back then.
Every load that moves through Aranda’s Dispatch runs on a live operating system: real-time lane rate intelligence, automated HOS compliance monitoring, and load closeout handled without the chasing. You get a real dispatch team and an always-on AI assistant — not a voicemail.
We negotiate rates aggressively and you keep 100% of accessorials and fuel surcharges. Commission is tiered — 8% to start, stepping up to 10%, capped at 12% — never a flat surprise cut. We handle the booking, planning, and paperwork so you can focus on the road.
We’re also fully bilingual in English and Spanish, making communication seamless for drivers across the board.
